For the fourth year in a row, the Doylestown Food Co-op, in conjunction with the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance and Doc Bakers Farmulations, is hosting a viewing party of the annual TedX Manhattan, “Changing the Way We Eat.”
The viewing party takes place this Saturday, March 7, at Doc Bakers’ Farmulations at 22 N. Main Street in Doylestown. It’s a full day of presentations broken into three sessions exploring the state of our food system and our progress toward sustainability. The event begins at 10 am and ends at 6 pm. You can stop in whenever, and stay as long as you please. It is a fascinating and informative day of learning. If you’ve ever watched any TedX event, you know that the speakers are top-notch and even entertaining.
Doc Bakers will be giving out sample tastings of their food and juices for free, but for every purchase you make, you’ll be entered into a raffle for a $50 store gift certificate.
